Where is Forever Rox Jewelry located?

We’re located at 930 Tahoe Blvd. # 203 in the Raleys Shopping Center in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe, proudly serving clients from Reno, Carson City, Truckee, and beyond.

What are your hours?

Our Incline Village showroom is open: Tuesday–Friday: 10 AM – 5 PM, Saturday: 11 AM – 4 PM, Closed Sunday & Monday.

Do you repair jewelry on-site?

Yes — we're the only store in the Lake Tahoe area that repairs jewelry in-house. Over 90% of all repairs are completed in-store at our Incline Village workshop by our master jeweler, John Roxburgh.

Do you offer custom jewelry design?

Yes — we specialize in custom jewelry design, crafting more than 15 unique, one-of-a-kind pieces each month. From engagement rings or redesigning pieces to bespoke creations, our in-house jeweler collaborates closely with each client to bring their vision to life with exceptional craftsmanship.

Do you offer watch repair services?

Yes. Battery replacements and external cosmetic work are performed in-store, while internal movement repairs are handled by our trusted certified watchmakers, who we’ve safely sent millions of dollars’ worth of watches to for restoration.

Do you offer jewelry appraisals?

Yes, we provide professional appraisals for insurance, estate, and resale purposes. We also offer free evaluations for clients interested in selling jewelry or watches.

Do you recut or re-facet stones?

Yes — we offer professional stone recutting and re-faceting services to restore brilliance, correct chips, or improve symmetry.

Can I sell my jewelry or watches to Forever Rox?

Absolutely. We offer free evaluations and competitive buying prices for diamonds, gold, and luxury watches. With payment on the spot.

Do you accept mail-in repairs or appraisals?

Yes. We regularly serve clients outside the Tahoe area with secure, insured shipping options through Jewelers Mutual for repairs, appraisals, and purchases.

How long does a typical repair or appraisal take?

Most services are completed within a 2-3 business days. Timeframes can vary depending on complexity, but we’ll always provide an estimated turnaround when you drop off your piece. We will call you when your piece is done.

What types of jewelry do you specialize in?

We specialize in fine jewelry, natural diamonds, colored gemstones, and luxury watches.

Are your diamonds and gemstones natural?

Yes — Forever Rox Jewelry offers only 100% natural, ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones unless otherwise specified for custom requests.

Do you sell Rolex, Patek Philipe or Audemars Piguet Watches?

We offer pre-owned luxury watches, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet and other luxury watches. Our selection changes frequently, so feel free to visit our showroom in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe or contact us to check current availability. We can source any specific watch upon request, and we frequently do so for our clients seeking rare or hard-to-find timepieces.
